The City of Tullahoma is exploring the potential sale and seeking capital investment proposals for real property owned by the City of Tullahoma located at 411 East Carroll Street, Tullahoma, TN. The building is located on the north side of East Carroll Street (SR-55) one block from its intersection with North Jackson Street (SR-16) and accessed from either South Anderson Street or East Carroll Street in downtown Tullahoma.
The property can be generally described as a 2-acre parcel under roof with the industrial building taking up much of the parcel. The building totals 92,830 square feet in size and is accessible from a front entrance along East Carroll Street and at each side of the building.There are multiple loading bays/truck docks providing access to the building and currently there are ten parking spaces on the site with area to expand.
